The safety of our products is one of our main priorities, and therefore we do not use wheat starch, which can be a carrier of residual gluten. Also, to the extent possible we use natural resources. The primary ingredient in our products is corn and potato starch and rice, corn and soy flour.
For regular monitoring of the safety of products NOVALIM has implemented the HACCP certification audited by the company Bel-Novamann International. Raw materials and products, moreover, are also subject to constant review by the Public Health of the Slovak Republic.
