NOVALIM was founded in 1991 and specializes in the development and production of gluten-free and low protein products. The founder, Ing. Jozef Poprac, PhD., has many years of experience working in research and development of food products, resulting in a diverse range of quality gluten-free and low protein products. Novalim products are available to the customers via e-commerce, in retail stores and most pharmacies. The position of Slovakia in the heart of Europe enables the company to efficiently supply the European market.

The safety of our products is one of our main priorities, and therefore we do not use wheat starch, which can be a carrier of residual gluten. Also, to the extent possible we use natural resources. The primary ingredient in our products is corn and potato starch and rice, corn and soy flour.
For regular monitoring of the safety of products NOVALIM has implemented the HACCP certification audited by the company Bel-Novamann International. Raw materials and products, moreover, are also subject to constant review by the Public Health of the Slovak Republic.
